You want to design your aquaponics system. 

It is critical to provide the plants with sufficient nutrition. In a hydroponic system, nutrient distribution can be easily adjusted while the farm is in operation. But in an aquaponics system, we need to size the fish tank based on the growing area during the design phase.

AHAS has over a decade of experience in building aquaponics farms. We created the AHAponics concept, which is the optimization of all technical processes involved in aquaponics. AHAS has spent over 10 years testing technical options and observing plant growth, resulting in a solid farm design and efficient equipment. We started the AHAS-Ceres Farm Design Modeling Software project in 2016. The initial module targeted the aquaponics nutrient balance. We tested many vegetables under various environmental conditions and recorded yields in our labs and on our farms for over a decade. Then we added many other modules in AHAS-Ceres.

We designed Ceres Calculator to calculate the optimum number of fish, daily required amount of fish food, and fish tank size suitable for your growing area.

In addition, AHAS Ceres Botanical provides valuable information on growing plants in aquaponics.
