Optimize farm hydraulics and predict your commercial farm production, power requirements, energy consumption, operating cost, and profitability.
Enjoy our dedicated assistance.
We have designed many aquaponics farms in the last decade. We bring our experience to you.
Ceres-Professional is a collaborative Aquaponics Farm Design process guided by our team of designers who are proficient in Ceres-Pro modeling software's intricate advanced features.
Share your project information, and we will guide you through your Aquaponics farm design and operations journey.

To facilitate effective communication, we typically conduct three video calls during the project’s duration.
Additionally, we establish a group on your preferred social media platform.
Your membership also grants you access to our continuously expanding learning center.
Two hours of One-on-One video conference with Regis, AHAS founder and equipment designer, and Ceres. This time can be split into several sessions.

We will schedule several meetings to outline the objectives of your projects.
The climate drives the farm design and the productivity

We collaborate to finalize a Ceres Production design based on the following inputs:
• Farm location climate
• Climate control requirements
• Accessibility
• Indoor farm or greenhouse?
• Allocated area width
• Budget
• Required production for each selected plant
• Market assessment
• Selection of the highest revenue makers
• Selection of the optimum growing media for each plant
Based on the provided inputs, the AHAS team processes a Ceres Professional design that produces:
• Farm length
• Number of growing layers
• Germination and Nursery requirement
• Equipment requirement
• Mineral requirements
• Fish food requirement
• Fish quantity
• Fish tank optimum size
• Biotreatment system.
• Optimum hydraulics design
• Optimum pipe size
• Pumps power
• Climate control hydraulics
• Greenhouse climate control

With the Companionage option, we provide comprehensive support throughout the construction, startup, and operation phases of your project.
Our team provides assistance during the construction of the farm.
Ask us on our dedicated group chat.
If needed, our team can come on site (additional cost).
Once the farm is operating, our team provides training and coaching assistance
The operating team get a dedicated AHAponics training session.
We accompany you during the 15-day critical farm startup period.
After a short operating period, the operating team will have many questions we will adress through coaching sessions.
Ask us on our dedicated group chat.
If needed, our team can come on site (additional cost).
This farm is currently operating in Thailand.
We complete a Ceres Production design.
In this step, using the Ceres-Pro hydraulics module, we design the optimum hydraulics system using optimum pipe size and pump power.
We also finalize, using the Ceres-Pro Energy module:
• The energy requirement to grow the plants in the specific climate environment.
• The type of building (greenhouse or indoor, thermal insulation)
• The hydraulics system (pipe size, pumps, oxygenation system)
• The lighting required
• The ventilation system
• The solar energy system
Our farm requires a power of 16kW.
The solar system will be made of 2 arrays of 16 pannels to produce 100kWh per day.
We elected not to use energy storage for night energy requipments.

Ceres-Professional CAPEX module calculate the cost of building this farm is USD 92,000.
This cost includes:
• The aquaponics farm
• The greenhouse
• The solar energy system
• Piping and installation
• Training and coaching
Ceres-Professional OPEX module calculate the farm operating cost
The monthly operating cost is $2,180
The operating costs include:
• Compensation: 2 workers: $1,000
• Electricity over solar provided: $493
• Water replacement: $2
• Fish and fish food: $168
• Seedlings: $93
• Mineral supplements: $71
• Consumables: $44
• Miscellaneous costs: $160
• Maintenance contract: $200
An energy storage system would require an additional CAPEX of $36,000 with a payout time of 6 years, to reduce the oprating cost to $1,630. This option was not implemented.
The Ceres Profitability module provides the business fiancial information.
With a depreciation period of 48 month, or 4 years, the monthly profit during depreciation is over $680 and $2,300 after depreciation.
The Return on Assets is over 30%, and the project payout time is 34 months, or 2.8 years.
The farms profitablity after tax is 46%.

We adhere to the Ceres Production seeding plan, which includes fish feeding and mineralization.
A production monitoring tracking system is currently operational.
The farm provides high-quality vegetables to several restaurants in the region and through direct sales at the farm.
